    For those seeking personalized focus within the comforts of their home. This option guides 1-2 people in a private session. All props included for mat based sessions - Fully certified for apparatus sessions if traditional Pilates equipment like reformer, tower or chair is available in-suite.

    For intimate groups of 3-9 people. Perfect for special occasions or corporate events. All levels welcome with options offered throughout the session. All props included for ultimate ease.
