Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga in Whistler, BC

Our yoga offerings draw from the traditions of Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, inspired by the surrounding power of Nature and the quiet wisdom of the natural world. Set within the ever-changing landscape of Whistler, BC, our practice invites us to turn inward, discovering the beautiful landscapes that live within the body and mind.

Guided by the rhythms of Nature, we create space for the deeper layers of body and mind to surface, soften, and settle. Inspired by yoga’s relationship with the nervous system, our practice is an invitation to slow down, release tension, and linger a little longer in each moment.

We seek comfort and sensation. Stillness and awareness. Movement and quiet. Like the natural world, the body is always shifting, responding, and finding its own balance. We welcome its natural impulses while creating space for the intuitive voice within to emerge.

Through Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, we explore the interplay of strength and softness, mobility and stillness, effort and ease. Breath becomes an anchor, movement a way of listening, and each posture an opportunity to cultivate a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

Props are embraced as familiar companions to the practice — blocks, straps, eye pillows, sandbags, bolsters, and blankets offering support, grounding, and permission to soften. Like the earth beneath us, they provide a sense of stability from which we can settle, open, and explore.

Our approach encourages movement without asking us to rush through it, and welcomes stillness without asking us to be perfectly still. Drawing from the restorative power of Nature, we invite a practice that honours our changing seasons, our inherent rhythms, and our capacity for renewal.

Let’s unite through the power of breath — allowing movement to shift sensation, create space, and illuminate the beautiful landscape within. A practice of returning to ourselves, rooted in Nature and open to discovery.

“Yoga is not about touching your toes, it’s what you learn on the way down.”
